How to find us

From Aylesbury
Take the ring road to the A413 to Buckingham (Horse & Jockey roundabout). Pass through Whitchurch. After three miles, at the sign for Swanbourne, turn right. Pass Swanbourne House School and St Swithun’s Church, and bear left. Home Farm Day Nursery is on the left at the end of the village.

From Buckingham
Take the ring road to the A413 to Aylesbury (Tesco roundabout). Pass through Padbury. Enter Winslow and bear left at the Market Square. At the far end of the village, at the sign for Swanbourne, turn left. Home Farm Day Nursery is on the right before entering Swanbourne.

From Leighton Buzzard
Take the B4032 to Stewkley. Drive through Stewkley, and leave the village heading towards Mursley. Immediately before reaching Mursley, turn left to Swanbourne. Turn right at the T-junction in Swanbourne. Home Farm Day Nursery is on the left at the end of the village.

From Milton Keynes
Take the A421 to Buckingham. At the Whaddon roundabout turn left to Mursley. Turn left at the T junction, pass through Mursley, and then turn right at the sign to Swanbourne. Turn right at the T-junction in Swanbourne. Home Farm Day Nursery is on the left at the end of the village.
